As of 2022, Acacia Masonic Lodge No. 42 Free & Accepted Masons in Arizona has transitioned our online payment system for annual membership dues and fees to a new provider. Please note that in order to pay your dues fees electronically, you must have an email address on file. *Processing fees have been calculated to account for the % handling fee cost for the electronic payment options. There are new payments methods listed below. It is the members responsibility to read the instructions before submitting payments.
Members
Method One: Mail or Drop Off
Please ensure your contact information is up to date. This can be done in a variety of ways. This list below is in order of preferred method.

3. Call the lodge Secretary, WB George Kyle PM on the lodge phone at (602) 429-9585
4. You're always welcome to drop your yearly dues off by visiting the lodge on Lodge night or dropping it off in our mailbox located on the south property entrance. Please be sure to have all your contact information listed if you drop it off in the mailbox.
5. Check or money orders can be mailed and addressed to the address below.

*2023 Lodge Dues has increased from the previous years. Please contact our brother the Secretary to confirm your dues balance for the coming year prior to submitting. See above for contact methods.
Reminder: Per Acacia 42 bylaws: Membership dues are due January 1st of every year without notice. Not receiving an invoice doesn’t exclude a member from his yearly dues responsibilities. All AZ constitution and edicts per the Grand Lodge F&AM of AZ will be executed per the regulations and timelines to which we hold steadfast.
Method Two: Electronic Payment Portal
Acacia 42 now has an electronic payment method for one-time payments, special condition payments, reoccurring payment subscriptions, reoccurring donations subscriptions, & one-time donations. It's very important to follow the instructions to properly make your payments *Processing fees have been calculated to account for the 8% handling fee cost for the electronic payment options.
Step 1 - Below, use the button labeled "Electronic Payment".
Step 2 - You will be required to submit your most current contact information on this form.
Step 3 - You'll then be given various payment options to pay your yearly dues.
Step 4 - *(Optional) PLEASE NOTE: If your intentions are to set up a reoccurring monthly payment to pre-pay your yearly dues, you will need to pay this years dues in full first. This is because members pay their dues forward and not in the rears. To do this, mark the pay in full option and complete your transaction. On January 1st, 2023 return back to the payment portal and mark the monthly $24.00 subscription and complete a second transaction.
Step 5 - Once you choose your payment options you will be give the option to pay via credit card, or Pay Pal. When the payment is completed, you'll be given notice, sent an email confirmation, & digital receipt. The Treasure will also be notified of your payment confirmation. he will get you in contact with our Technology Committee.
Donations for members
The lodge depends heavily on the helpful donations of its members. If you wish to make a donation in the interim, it can be received by cash, check, or money order and be mailed to:

Associates and affiliates
To make a payment of any unpaid balances you’ll need to ensure we have the most current contact information for you and your organization. This can be done by contacting your Acacia 42 Board of Trustees point of contact & emailing the lodge secretary at secretary.acacia42@gmail.com.
Once updated and if approval is given via the Secretary, some affiliates may be able to use our electronic payment method. See the secretary for details. You will receive a digital receipt after any transactions are made and it’s advisable to save or hold onto all payment confirmations for your records.
